You can get fresh farm stand apples right on Main Street in Blowing Rock. Jack and Ida stock their gift shop with 12 or more varieties, so you are sure to find one you love, especially since you can sample them first. They also have local cider, as well as pumpkins and gourds for decorating, not to mention great hats!

Mother Nature's Produce
Located on Main Street in Blowing Rock, across from Knight's on Main, this great little shop is known for its fresh fruits and veggies. Jackie usually has about 15 varieties of apples, in addition to Joan's sourdough breads, fall decor, and delicious canned items.

Mountain Man Trading Post
This roadside shop carries up to 30 varieties of apples every year. Find them on Hwy 321 about 3 miles South of Blowing Rock. You can also find a wide array of homemade jams, apple butter, and pickled veggies. When it's chilly out, Lisa usually has some hot cider on. Yum!
